This is useful when you sell multiple different products/levels, and you want to automatically ask members who have NOT purchased A PARTICULAR product/level to upgrade their membership.
Product A, Product B, Product C
John has already purchased A, which means after logging in, he can access A.
Then he tries to access a page that is meant for B, which he has not purchased and hence no access to.
A message will appear, telling him he has no access. If he wants to access it, he has to click the “upgrade link” to purchase B.
Here’s how you set this up:
Go to Zaxaa Member >> Config >> General >> Membership Pages Setup
On “Insufficient Access Page”, click “edit” to edit the page.
You will see this text:
You do NOT have sufficient permissions to access this page. You have to upgrade your membership level before you can view this page.
Use your mouse to highlight the text “upgrade your membership level“, and then click the the Zaxaa Member icon above the WordPress editor
(1) Select “Upgrade Product/Level Link”
(2) Select which product(s) you want to specify the upgrade link(s).
(3) Enter the Upgrade Link(s)/URL(s) for the corresponding product(s). This is typically the Sales Page URL or Order URL for the corresponding product(s).
(4) Click insert.
This means that if John were to click on Product B which he doesn’t have access to, he’ll be presented with an upgrade link for Product B. If he clicks on Product C which he doesn’t have access to, he’ll be presented with an upgrade link for Product C, etc.
