New Feature: Apply Discount Coupon Using A Link

Features. Features. Features.

Yep, we got another one of those for you today! If you take a look at the archives on this blog (on the right sidebar), you can see that we’ve been pumping out new features after new features every month :)

Anyway here’s today’s new feature…

You now can APPLY discount coupons by using a LINK.

Previously with our coupon feature, people would need to manually enter the coupon code to get the discount.

Even though we’ve made the coupon button very obvious on the checkout page, there will always be some people who’ll miss it. This creates additional support work as they then contact support in order to get their discount.

Instead of asking people to manually enter their coupon code, with this new feature you as the product seller can automatically apply their coupon using a link.

Here’s How You Do It

Simply attach the following text AT THE END of the ORDER URL:

where coupon-code is the actual coupon code

E.g. You have this coupon code:

Scenario 1
Suppose your ORDER URL is:

Then the coupon link would be:

Scenario 2
Suppose your ORDER URL is:

Then the coupon link would be:

By the way, you need to be in “Advanced View” inside your Zaxaa dashboard to be able to see the Coupons menu (inside your Zaxaa dashboard >> products >> coupons)

Happy Coupon-ing!

Here’s to a surge of sales when you run time-sensitive discount coupons for your customers, and you make it SUPER EASY for them to enjoy the discount!

New Feature: Multiple Pricing Plans For Your Product

Previously when creating a product/service with multiple pricing plans, you’d need to create multiple Front-End (FE) products inside Zaxaa.

Thank you Justin Wheeler for suggesting this new feature over in our Feature Requests section.

Your product has monthly and yearly plans — you’d create 2 FE products.

Your software has single-site, multi-site, and developers license — you’d create 3 FE products.

Your product has silver, gold, and platinum options — you’d create 3 FE products.

Then if you have OTOs (one time offers/upsells/downsells), you’d need to set up these OTOs for each and every FE product. As you can see, it’s a hassle, especially when you have multiple OTOs inside your sales funnel.

You need to do a lot of repetitive set ups. In addition, your sales stats would also be distorted.

Imagine this scenario…

Your product has monthly and yearly plans, so you create 2 products. Your stats will show EPC (earnings per click) for monthly and yearly separately, which is NOT a true indication of your REAL EPC.

Visitors 1,000
Sales Revenue $6,000
EPC = $6

Visitors 1,000
Sales Revenue $16,200
EPC = $16.20

REAL EPC for your product = (6000 + 16200)/1000 = $22.20

With this new feature, all you need is create 1 (ONE) Front-End product inside Zaxaa, and then set up your OTOs ONCE.

Not only can you set up multiple pricing plans for your FE product, you can also set up multiple pricing plans for your OTO product.

Here’s How To Set Up Multiple Pricing Plans

Go into your product settings >> general settings >> basic settings >> pricing

and you’ll see this:

multiple pricing

Simply select how many pricing plans you want to activate.
